RUNNING LATE?
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE
In order to respect the time of both our clients and Loctician, we ask you to ARRIVE ON TIME for your appointment. Please plan your travel to arrive on time. Your appointment is scheduled for your reserved start time. Clients arriving:

0-10 MIN LATE : appointment is honored

11-20 MIN LATE : appointment shortened, full service price still applies

20 + MIN LATE : appointment cancelled, full service fee may apply
Arriving 20 + MIN LATE WILL FORFEIT the original appointment and will need to be scheduled once again by client through the online booking site. DEPOSIT WILL BE NEEDED FOR NEW APPOINTMENT BOOKED. TRAFFIC, TRANSIT DELAYS or other travel issues are the client's responsibility. Calling to notify does not guarantee your appointment will be held.
Cancellations
Here at ManeLocs, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, you can update it on the booking system NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS before your appointment (deposit will be transferred to your next rescheduled appointment). Any LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, will result in a non transferrable deposit.
There are times when the weather causes the need to cancel appointments. ManeLocs respects the safety of others and in these cases a 24 hour cancellation is not required. Deposit made for appointment during a situation like this can be used for rescheduled appointment.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
NO SHOWS
In the case of MISSING YOUR APPOINTMENT, you will be imposed to PAY THE REMAINING 70% of the missed service before booking your next appointment. Booking your rescheduled service will require paying for 100% OF THE SERVICE BEFORE APPOINTMENT IS APPROVED. Two consecutive appointments missed equals lost privileges of booking with ManeLocs in the future.
